1. Recent Items

This section lists your most recent assets, such as:(This snap has empty sections, as this is a demo org).

  • Content Builder emails

  • Lists

  • Groups

  • Data Extensions

Each item is displayed with its name, modification date, and the user who last worked on it. This visibility is especially useful for collaborative teams and quick access to in-progress campaigns.

💡 Pro tip: Use consistent naming conventions (e.g., Promo_July2025_LoyaltySegment) to keep your workspace searchable and team-friendly.

2. Send Activity Snapshot

To the right, you'll see a snapshot of recent send activity. It shows:

  • Sent and scheduled campaigns

  • Send dates

  • Audience size

  • Engagement metrics like open rate and delivery status

This section allows you to quickly assess campaign performance without needing to dig into full tracking reports.

Clicking on any campaign takes you directly to detailed tracking data for deeper analysis.

3. Top Navigation Bar

At the top of the screen, the navigation bar provides links to the core tools of Email Studio, including:

  • Content

  • Subscribers

  • Interactions

  • A/B Testing

  • Tracking

  • Admin settings

This allows you to seamlessly move between creation, audience segmentation, testing, and reporting tasks without losing your place.
